Venture completed a comprehensive tenant improvement at Merrill Gardens at the University, upgrading key amenity and common areas including the lobby, dining spaces, wellness center, theater, and residential corridors.

Because the community remained fully occupied, our team carefully phased construction to maintain daily operations while introducing new finishes, lighting, and cabinetry throughout.

The result is a warm, refreshed environment that brings new energy to the space while continuing to support residents and staff.
