The funny thing is, we think we manifested her, too.
From the moment Sarah joined our team, it felt like she’d always been part of The Charm.
Today, we’re celebrating one year of creativity, storytelling, laughter, affirmations, themed celebrations, and the countless ways Sarah has made Hummingbird better.
Sarah has a remarkable gift. She can sit through a 90-minute conversation with a client, absorb every detail, uncover what makes them unique, and transform it into thoughtful, SEO-focused website content that sounds authentically like them. It’s equal parts strategy, creativity, and magic.
And she’s been busy. In just one year, Sarah has written all of the content for two websites and contributed content to eleven others. That’s a lot of words — and an even bigger impact. She has also brought her unique perspective and sense of humor to Hummingbird’s socials while managing social media for five clients single-handedly.
She’s helped us rethink our SEO research and content creation processes, challenged us to evolve alongside an ever-changing digital landscape, and consistently found ways to make our work stronger.
As impressive as her accomplishments are, what we appreciate most about Sarah is who she is.
She’s hilarious, brilliant, clever, thoughtful, reliable, creative, focused, caring, and incredibly talented. She’s the kind of teammate who listens carefully, reassures others when they need it, and somehow manages to make everything feel a little calmer and a little more possible.
