One of the things I enjoy most about Renton is discovering local businesses that bring the community together. Common Grounds Coffee & Cupcakes is a great spot to grab a coffee, enjoy a treat, and experience a little local charm. Exploring places like this is a great way to get to know a neighborhood before making a move.
Turning 49 this year, and my buddy and I decided it’s time for a little health challenge. 🤜🤛 It’s nothing crazy—the goal is literally just to keep moving, stay active, and keep up with the kids!
As I’m getting older, I realize how much I need this time to myself just for the peace of mind and stress relief. Because of some foot flare-ups, I can’t go all out like I used to, so right now it’s all about lots of walking, morning workout classes, and hitting that treadmill incline.
Shoutout to having an accountability partner to keep the motivation alive. Whether you're running miles or just taking a walk, just keep moving! 🚶♂️✨
