This Friday we are trading our five-star review spotlight for something we have been excited to share. Introducing our employee spotlight series, and we are kicking things off with someone who absolutely sets the bar.

Meet Reyvi Hamilton, CMCA, AMS, Senior Community Manager at Navigate Community Management.

Reyvi has been with Navigate since spring of 2024 and in that time she has become exactly the kind of manager boards want in their corner. Thorough, communicative, and known for going well above and beyond the management contract. Her certifications are not just letters after her name. They are a reflection of how seriously she takes this work.

We asked Reyvi why she pursued both the CMCA and the AMS. She said it best herself:

"I wanted to deepen my knowledge of HOA and condominium association management so I could better serve my boards and my team. Earning my CMCA and then my AMS gave me a stronger understanding of community management and allows me to be a reliable resource when boards or colleagues need guidance."

One of the things Reyvi is known for is helping boards grow in confidence. She worked with a newly elected board still learning the ropes and made it a priority to answer every question, provide education, and walk them through their responsibilities. They told her they appreciated the extra time and support. That is Reyvi in a nutshell.

Her next goal is earning her PCAM, one of the highest professional credentials in community management. We have zero doubt she will get there.

Outside of work, Reyvi unwinds by taking her daughter and her Dachshund for a walk and rewarding herself with a cold Coke Zero. She is also a musician who sings, dances, and plays bass guitar in a local band. Honestly, the range.
