Sometimes selling real estate is a marathon 🏃‍♀️and sometimes it’s a sprint!
The gun went off on this property just over 2 weeks ago (while I was on a short, but well earned vacation). It was a full out sprint (with a few hurdles) to get this on the market by June 10th-last Friday. The industry is swamped right now and getting high quality stagers and photographers in a short time is almost impossible. Knowing that the market is shifting, we decided to supplement the sellers great stuff and semi-stage it ourselves! The sellers, my temporary unemployed daughter and myself went to work with Moves Made Simple-don’t underestimate that name!..and made this happen.
After 48 hours on the market, we had 2 fabulous offers! Now it is a sprint to the finish line 🏁 because we close in 11 days!
So thankful for my sellers, my daughters availability and help and I appreciate our stagers do more now than ever!
