The Runners High club is a digital track based training platform. Our goal at RH, is to help you to become a better runner through our crafted training program. As you develop proper running mechanics and endurance you’ll also start to see other great results like weight loss, body composition transformation and a healthier you. Our high energy music along with our elite level coaches will motivate you every step of the way. While our coaches train you on a treadmill, all our our workouts are timed based so you can do them on the road, the track or the trail and listen to audio from your coach anywhere!
