Kids and teens need coping skills now more than ever, and we are offering several groups designed to reduce the barriers many families face in accessing care.

Can't find a ride? Coping Skills Groups meet online.
Can't sit still for long? Coping Skills Groups are only 45-50 mins.
Can't afford therapy? Coping Skills Groups are only $40/week.
Need to use your insurance? You can do that!
