✨Finding a new hairstylist…his process is kind of like dating! It’s important for the client to do their due diligence when finding a new stylist…i.e.: if you see someone out in public with hair that looks like the style of hair that you want, or your friend is rocking a look that you love- ask them who their stylist is! Another great tool is Instagram. Search for stylists in your area to find work that you admire.
 
✨When you find a stylist you like, schedule a consultation with them to talk about your current hair situation and what your hair goals are! Sometimes it might not be the best fit, and that is OK. If a stylist refers you to someone else, they are doing so because they recognize that their expertise of skill may not align with what YOU want, and they want you to receive the best results possible. A reciprocal energetic vibe is equally important! If a stylist and client personalities don’t jive, don’t force it.
 
✨TRUST THE PROCESS. Trusting someone new can be tricky but if you have done your homework, you should feel confident in your new stylists’ hands. Hairstylists are creatives and do their best work when they know they are trusted!
