The postpartum journey deserves more.
Stephiney Foley, founder of Yuzi Care and mother of two, never expected postpartum depression.
But like millions of mothers, she quietly faced exhaustion, anxiety, and deep loneliness.
Studies show 85% of moms experience mood changes postpartum. 67% of parents with young kids feel isolated.
Through countless conversations, she realized her pain wasnât just hers, but something nearly all mothers were carrying.
She set out to redefine postpartum care: with warmth, cultural wisdom, and clinical quality. Thatâs how Yuzi Care was born.â¨
Not just a service â a lifeline.
Yuzi Careâs mission:

đŤEnd silent suffering

Many new moms silently carry a kind of resentment.
Not because they donât love their partners, but because theyâre no longer the same person.
This is matrescence â the psychological and emotional shift of becoming a mother.
You donât recognize yourself anymore. You stare in the mirror and feel like a stranger. You're drowning in feedings, wake windows, and breakdowns while wondering:
âWho am I?â
âWhy does he still get to sleep?â
âWhy do I have to hold it all together?â
Youâre not being dramatic. Youâre not overreacting.
Youâre a woman undergoing a seismic identity shift â and itâs okay to talk about it.
Naming this isnât about blame. Itâs about reclaiming space for you.
đŁ Have you ever felt this kind of emotional split? Share your story below đ

Everyone talks about postpartum depression, but few mention one of its hidden emotional cousins: rage.
Have you felt this?
- Your baby wonât stop crying and you feel like youâre about to explode.
- Your partner is on their phone while you havenât sat down all day.
- A relative says, âBut youâre just at home with the baby, right?â and you want to scream.
- You feel guilty, but inside youâre shouting: âWhy does everything fall on me?â
This rage isnât because youâre ungrateful or a bad mom.
Itâs the result of hormonal crashes + sleep deprivation + suppressed emotions.
Itâs the build-up of feeling invisible, unsupported, and exhausted.
đŹ Letâs normalize this emotional response.
đŹ Letâs stop pretending new moms should always be calm and glowing.
đŹ And letâs stop shaming mothers who feel angry.
If youâve experienced postpartum rage, youâre not alone. You deserve understanding, not judgment.
â¤ď¸ Tell us in the comments â have you ever felt this kind of rage? Weâre here to listen.

Lochia, the postpartum bleeding that can last for weeks, is something every mother experiences. But strangely, itâs a topic that almost no one talks about. Why?
Because for generations, anything involving blood, pain, or a womanâs body has been labeled as âunspeakable.â Because weâve been taught to be clean, quiet, and composed, even when our bodies are literally recovering from trauma.
But here's the truth: Lochia isnât dirty. Itâs your body healing.
Some women bleed for up to 6 weeks. It can come in clots, change colors, and feel like a never-ending period. And thatâs all normal.
Whatâs not normal? Feeling ashamed about it. Feeling like we have to hide it. Not being told in advance that it would happen at all.
Talking about lochia doesnât make us unladylike. It makes us informed. It makes us ready. And it shows other mothers theyâre not alone.
So letâs talk about it â honestly, openly, and without shame.
Your recovery is real. Your experience matters. And so does lochia.

Six weeks postpartum, your doctor says: âYouâre healing well. You can resume normal life.â
But youâre still not sleeping, you leak when you walk, and you cry every time you see yourself in the mirror.
đŁ Why are these things not emphasized?
Because society is used to saying âas long as the baby is healthy,â and mothersâ needs get pushed aside.
But hereâs the truth: You are not an afterthought.
You are the main character.
Your pain, your fears, your bodyâthey all deserve attention.
At Yuzi, we want to fill in the silence around all the things no one tells you.
We bring together pelvic floor therapists, mental health counselors, and postpartum nurses to support all of youânot just the parts everyone sees.
đŹ What postpartum symptom shocked you the most? Is there something you wish someone had told you earlier?
