Monday the City of Burien did a proclamation for June to be LGBTQIA + Pride Month. We are celebrating 10 years in Burien for our community Pride Festival which is this weekend. Monday some of the original founding members joined us in accepting this proclamation. HAPPY PRIDE!

Join us for Drag Queen Bingo & Pancake Breakfast featuring this year's Master of Ceremonies, **Fraya Love**. Enjoy a fun-filled morning of bingo, pancakes, prizes, and community while supporting a great cause.

A portion of ticket proceeds benefits the **Highline Schools Foundation Pride Scholarship**, helping support LGBTQ+ students in our community.

🌈 Why We Do This: Burien Pride is about visibility, belonging, celebration, and community. Ten years ago, a small group of volunteers believed Burien deserved a Pride celebration in our own backyard, to do just that!

Today, that vision has grown into a three-day weekend, year-round community events that include monthly Pride Mingles and Movies @ The Tin Room Theater, Pride scholarship fundraising, and a place where people can gather, connect, and belong.

Thank you to everyone who helped build Burien Pride over the last decade.

Pride Celebration has always been the first weekend of June since 2016 and this year marks our 10th year! Come celebrate with us June 5th-7th 🌈 ❤️
