Kenzie’s Kitchen

HELP!!!! I am having the HARDEST time finding a commissary that meets all the requirements for our menu so we can obtain a yearly permit in Pierce County!! 😩

Does anyone know of a commissary kitchen or restaurant with an active commissary permit that has the following:

• Gray water dump
• Grease trap for used grease
• Walk-in fridge
• Located within Pierce County

PLEASE HELP!!! We’re trying to get everything lined up properly for Kenzie’s Kitchen and it has been a challenge finding a location that checks all the boxes. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated! 🙏
