There are FIVE Tuesdays in April, and we’re making the most of them!

We are honored to host the inimitable Monica Dimas, Chef/Founder of Seattle’s and , for FIVE NIGHTS of Taco Tuesdays at Café Hitchcock on Bainbridge Island. Monica received a StarChef’s “Rising Star” award for this concept in 2015, before building the beautiful Little Neon Taco brick-and-mortar and winning Eater Seattle’s Restaurant of the Year award in 2018. Monica is now a Bainbridge Islander, excited to bring one of her celebrated concepts to a bar near you.

April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th we’ll open the Bar at Café Hitchcock from 4:00-9:00 for this very special pop-up. Carnitas Michoacan, tacos, & tortas will make an appearance, all the while the queso will be flowing. Monica will make the tortillas by hand each morning using Masa. The entire menu will be available for dine in or takeout, with our handy online ordering available. We’ve got a really special surprise lined up for the last service on the 30th ... follow our IG (or the Neon Taco gram) for weekly specials and news.

Our standard beverage menu will be on offer (beer, wine, cocktails) plus a full menu of margaritas, Mexican beer, michelada, and frozen cocktails! Mark your calendars; Tuesdays in April are going to be a game-changer!
