As you likely know - my Instagram account has been hacked!! He is trying to sell you bitcoin . THIS IS NOT REAL AND ITS NOT ME. Please report any activity if you can but most importantly- do not believe this person. This is very frustrating and the last thing I want is for a friend to get scammed or hacked as well. You will know by what I post when I have control of my account ( praying I get it back! Doing everything I can from my end!)

I NEED YOUR help! I’m a grain / bread LOVER and my doctor asked I limit grains for 3 weeks starting in July to see if it impacts my inflammation and nerve pain.⁠

What are daily or weekly habits that help you succeed? Or stay organized? Or feel better during the day/week?⁠⁠

No joke, when I meal prep and meal plan - my week goes so much better! I eat better - I refuel and its way less stressful! But - I’m not the best at keeping up with it in the busy season. And photogs - we know BUSY SEASON IS HERE!⁠⁠

Whether it's writing down your goals in bullet points on a sheet of paper, or sharing your goals with close friends and family, I think it's SUCH an important habit to get into! And I get it - it can be scary sharing goals bc we fear we won’t reach them! BUT…⁠

When you write down your goals, or keep track of them in some way, I truly believe you're much more likely to ACTUALLY accomplish them! ⁠⁠

And don't just talk about your goals like it's a wish that will never come true - talk about your goals like you KNOW you will accomplish them. Because I know you can!⁠⁠
