Primary Suite renovation for a Queen Anne condo.

Thankful for another client who loves the results!
The colors of this space are bright and fresh while also maintaining some darker tones that pull through the rest of the condo. This jet setter had so many lovely ideas to incorporate into the project that she found through her travels: The new frosted glass linen closet door, the heated tile floor, the fully automated toilet complete with a heated seat and bidet feature, the heated towel rack… she also considered elements to allow for aging in place, including the lighted magnifying mirror, the stylish grab bar… and we managed to figure out a way to add privacy to the bathroom area over all by installing a beautiful custom barn door to her space, which she also had seen in a hotel that she liked!

The hardest part of finishing the project is saying goodbye to such lovely people, after working so closely together to produce beautiful results!

Only a few more finishing touches to go… In the meantime we are loving this new Fully furnished and streamlined Laundry/Butlers pantry with tons of storage behind the thoughtfully aligned cabinets. Complete with a cool platter pull out!
And let’s not forget about the beautiful bathroom make over with Natural Rift cut White Oak cabinets, and a shower niche as long as the tub and tall enough for the Costco size product bottles!
Six or so years ago we renovated the kitchen, primary bath, and front entrance of this home. We love it when our clients reach out years later to work with us again on other parts of their home! Especially when they are such lovely clients as these ones are.😊

Move in weekend!! A fun, and slightly bigger, 3/4 basement bath, A bright and cheerful basement laundry room with tons of great storage and crafting space, And a refreshed media room complete with custom built-ins, new paint, carpet, windows, etc!

Incredibly honored to be invited to contribute to a publication celebrating 50 years of Women at the University of Notre Dame, and specifically as one of the first 10 women to graduate with a concentration in Furniture design from the school of Architecture!
