If you’ve been around a while, you know that six years ago I hit full-on burnout… the kind that forces you to rethink everything. 🫠
Now, when I start doing the most again, I check in with the four kinds of rest that actually restore me:
🛏️ Physical: sleep, stretching, slowing down.
❤️ Emotional: honesty over “I’m fine.”
💆🏻♀️ Mental: quieting the noise, one thing at a time.
🙏🏼 Spiritual: surrender, peace, and remembering who’s in control.
Rest isn’t about checking out - it’s about coming back to what refuels you.
