My school sent out a warning about cougar sightings and some kid replied this to the entire school.
Screenshots of email correspondence received by John Stevenson, addressed to All Students, April 6.
It reads: Students, Faculty, and Staff, we live and work in a beautiful valley, and if you haven't already heard, please be aware cougars have been seen recently in and around Ashland.
The hyperlink below has some great information about cougars... And how to keep yourself and your family safe. If you see a cougar, please call 911.

This is a very detailed video on the biology of s*x, gender, and human variation. One of the most positive aspects of this video? Forrest gives The source documents and studies (over 100 in total) at the end of the video so you can look them up yourself. Plus he is a fun guy to watch!

Hello. It has kind of been a hot minute since I've been on here (except for the occasional check or two). The last time I posted anything was July… Tempus fugit!😅
Starting about 3 months ago. I was on Ozempic (diabetes) for a couple of months but then and I was nauseated and vomiting at least every other day along with periodic diarrhea. Thinking I could just “tough it out and deal with it”, I neglected to realize that my mental health was declining. Then we increased the dose and I almost completely shut down. It took me the better part of a week to realize that all I was doing was going to the bathroom, grabbing something to eat like a piece of bread or tortilla, and then going back to bed to sleep until either urgency or hunger woke me up again. In fact, it took me at a full day to realize I was just staring at one point on the wall. So that medication got discontinued immediately.
It took me the better part of a month to get back to some sort of even keel as far as both my physical and mental health. It's actually only been 3 weeks or so that I've been at full functioning (at least as full functioning as possible; I am still going to PT for my knee.
Probably from the side effects of the Ozempic, my kidneys took a bit of a hit and we have been working on restabilizing them, which is coming along nicely with the swap out of a couple of meds.
Now we're working on trying to stabilize my blood sugars and get them back in normal range again. So I've been wearing glucose sensors, to determine what the next constellation of diabetes medications will work. Just another problem to solve!✌🏽
And now we come to the final update, the one that you all have been waiting for. Well, here it comes to you like a rabid spider monkey on crack:
I'M GETTING TOP SURGERY JANUARY 3RD!!!
I am both supremely excited while grieving because my wife is no longer alive to be here on what could be my final step on my transition. But I wear her around my neck and her spirit is with me.
So, to sum it all up, things are actually going fairly well. I hope you are well and I'll post soon! Sending my love to you all! ❤️
