Adaptive reuse is reshaping the way we think about the workplace.

For nearly 250 years, The Old Sessions House served as one of England’s busiest courthouses. Today, it has been reimagined by Knotel into a workplace where history, hospitality, and thoughtful design exist side by side.

Curran’s role was simple: provide flooring that brought warmth, texture, and durability for Knotel’s Old Session House project without competing with the architecture.

The result: nearly 5 years after installation, these SynSisal Medina rugs are still performing beautifully, bringing the natural look to a historic adaptive reuse project.

After more than a year of development, we’re excited to launch our SynSisal® Tile—a completely modular, sisal-look, sustainable, and easy to install flooring solution for spaces as large as convention halls and airports or as tight as a fitting room.
