You’ll need: 2 carbs per cookie

1/2c Perfect Keto Baking Flour
1/4c Warm water
1 tsp baking powder
1 room temperature egg
1tbs chocolate chips
1tsp instant coffee

Mix well, spoon into 5 balls. Microwave for 99 sec. Let cool enjoy.
