📢 Calling colleges and universities in the Pacific Northwest!

What if a college design project could power a real community space and light the spark for the next generation of clean energy leaders?

REpowering Schools and OneEnergy Renewables are inviting one college team in the Pacific Northwest to do exactly that. 🌞

The selected institution will partner with a school in the Franklin School District, Connell, Washington, to design a solar demonstration project using donated solar panels. Students can participate through capstone projects, coursework, independent study, or student clubs while gaining hands-on experience in solar design, project development, and community engagement.

The program includes:
☀️ Real-world solar system design experience
☀️ Collaboration with industry professionals
☀️ K-12 STEM engagement opportunities
☀️ $5,000 for project design and up to $5,000 additional funding for implementation

There is no formal application process. Interested institutions simply need to email their interest to info[@]repoweringschools.org by July 31, 2026.
