A couple of images from my “Frida Catlo” series seem to have sneaked into the Puerto Vallarta Cat series. 🤫😻😺 Here is my version of her iconic self-portrait. Viva la Frida! 🔥❤️

P.S. Interesting fact that I did not know before our last tour of the Frida Kahlo museum in Mexico City. I knew that Madonna had fallen in love with and had purchased original pieces by Frida. But I did not know that Madonna’s love of Frida is partly what drew attention to the artist and increased her global recognition and popularity! A self-portrait of Frida (not this one), along with several other artworks, remains in Madonna’s collection to this day. 🫶✨😺
