I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the transmission issues I am experiencing with my 2016 Ford Focus (VIN: 1FADP3N2XGL230782). The transmission failed at 39,000 miles due to a known defect Ford had hidden. To make matters worse, my dealer forced me to opt out of the transmission lawsuit. Now, I'm facing a $3,379 clutch replacement, which they refuse to cover. believe Ford should extend coverage for this specific defect, ideally indefinitely or until the vehicle reaches 200,000 miles.
