Thai Pink Noodle Soup with Fish Balls

One of my favorites noodle soups dish! The sweet-tangy-spicy red sauce that gives this dish its iconic flavour, other than that it's just a simple noodle soup! Typically serves with fish/seafood balls, water spinach, and rice noodle.

I use pork broth in the video, which is classic, but you can always use chicken broth as a base instead.
