After learning a s**t ton about Richard I "the Lionheart", king of England and his squabbles with king Phillip II of France, I decided to dive into the history on the other side of the third crusade.

King Richard was a damn beast like Alexander the great, Achilles or any other hero in history. Storming out a boat as the first one into battle. Imagine being in a world where our president faught with his people, and was willing to die for his people. Knowing that you won't be sent into battle anywhere that your leader won't lead you into.

Today we live in an age where the military force are just numbers to the president, when they used to be the brothers of the king on the battlefield. They've become expendable, and separate from their leadership.

Salah al-din Yusuf ibn Ayyub. Boy was it easier to remember names of Arabic historical figures when I understood the root meanings in crap. Saladin, Joseph (Yusuf) son of (ibn) Job (Ayyub).

It's like my little bits of understanding latin. Breaking the names down, definitely increases the efficiency of memorization.

It's been a rough last month in the real world, but things are moving!

Just crossed 500 total views on twitch. Up to 38 followers. The majority are healthy regulars and we are starting to develop a sense of community.

I will be doing a small $100 giveaway on twitch when we break the 50 mark. $25 to 2 previous followers, and $10 to 5 new followers.

I am ordering my new PC, we**am and capture card over the next few days. With that, Twitch is almost able to rebrand to Emerald City like everything else. I'll be focusing on the upsated OBS overlays, chat bots & emotes, pause & starting soon screens, and begin with custom sound bites and other musical entries.
