When a 9-year-old girl and her brother were wrongfully detained at the US-Mexico border for 34 hours, their lawyer Joseph McMullen turned to AI to help build their case.

His strategy was clear: "It was important to make it as easy as possible for [the judge] to get the information that I really wanted him to look at."

Using Clearbrief, McMullen achieved exactly that - and won a $1.5 million case against US Customs and Border Protection.

Business Insider featured how McMullen used Clearbrief to:

• Hyperlink to the cases he wanted the judge to consider
• Create comprehensive timelines from thousands of pages of depositions
• Present his strongest arguments with maximum clarity

The result proves that the right legal AI tools don't replace lawyers - they empower them to fight harder for justice.

Take 5 minutes to check out this survey from SKILLS.law and Legaltech Hub, where 100 top-tier firms share the AI-powered drafting tools they've been using. Clearbrief is #4 on this list (even more exciting given, as the article notes, "Clearbrief is the only solution highlighted in this category that focuses on litigation drafting rather than transactional drafting.)"

We've also raised *significantly* less funding than other products on this list. So how are we competing and leading in the drafting space?

We're laser focused on litigators, bringing AI into Word, and what legal teams need from blank page through filing with the court (plus, adding a button soon to deliver a celebratory tequila shot once the brief has been accepted. Kidding - but are we?).

Legaltech Hub writes:"Not surprisingly, some of the earliest movers in GenAI are also seeing the highest adoption rates among legal drafting tools—their long runway for refining drafting workflows has been a clear advantage."

What do you think the secret ingredient is when it comes to Biglaw adoption of drafting tools in Legal?
