Excited to facilitate an interactive coaching conversation for the entrepreneurial women of WEBiz Collective in Issaquah this Friday.
We'll be exploring a topic that is all too common among women entrepreneurs:
Imposter syndrome.
Not as a confidence issue, but as an inherited pattern that can quietly impact visibility, self-trust, leadership, growth, opportunities, your sense of self, and overall business success.
Many women assume these struggles are simply part of entrepreneurship.
What they often don't realize is that these patterns are connected to something deeper beneat the surface.
Together, we'll explore where imposter syndrome patterns often come from, how they impact women in business, relationships, and leadership, and what becomes possible when awareness surfaces.
My favorite part of these events is watching women connect the dots in real time. This is where clarity, relief, and a deeper understanding of themselves begin to emerge.
Interested in an interactive coaching event or workshop?
I help women entrepreneurs connect the dots between the patterns they're experiencing today and the deeper influences that may be driving them. As their awareness grows, so does their ability to lead, make decisions, set boundaries, trust themselves, and create success from a place that feels more aligned and sustainable.

Three generations, and one extraordinary mother and grandmother.
Happy 88th birthday to my mother — the most positive, resilient, generous, selfless, big-hearted, loving, dedicated, strong, adventurous, and progressive woman I know.
Her life was not easy. Forced to marry young, she raised five active children in a marriage that struggled from the start. She kept fighting for her family, for her children, and never gave up — often at the cost of her own peace and happiness. She stayed committed, never abandoned us, and somehow found a way to make it through. Not once did she complain.
What continues to amaze me is that she never stopped growing. She continued learning, adapting, staying curious, and fiercely independent her entire life. She built strength where there was immense hardship. She chose faith over bitterness. She created stability where there was chaos. And she still wakes up every day with a smile.
God has always been her power, her light, her love, and her hope.
I am endlessly grateful for the woman who raised me and for the strength, goodness, and resilience she passed on to me.
Happy Birthday and Happy Valentine’s Day, Mom. ❤️
You are a beautiful light ✨in my life.
