This past year, UC set out to make mental health resources as accessible as possible. We committed to providing as many free offerings as we could and even offered therapy for as low as $10/session!
This has all been made possible by those who believe in the need for more intersectional, faith-integrative, intentional mental health care. We are so grateful for the support that has carried us through our inaugural. It truly has taken a village.
Your gift of $10 can be life-changing in ways that you’ll never know. And we believe that our generosity is cyclical - that when our neighbor moves towards wholeness, we can’t help but reap the benefits of that as well. So please consider giving to help be a part of this transforming work. We are ever so grateful!

The holidays can be a joy-filled time and yet can also be a season of stress, loneliness, depression and/or anxiety.
This year especially-with the ongoing pandemic, polarizing social climate, and shortening winter days- it’s particularly important to care well for our mental well-being.
We are grateful to provide our last free offering this year on the form of a community based, therapist-led holiday process group. Come join us Saturday mornings, warm beverage in hand, for a time carved out just for you.
Saturdays, 12/4, 12/18, 1/8 // 9:30-11AM PST over ZOOM
Register via the link in the bio and please share this free resource with your community!
Warmly,
The UC team
