Been awhile since I posted anything. But giving the making sausage, pepperoni ect…. A go! Have been working on some recipes. Got a few that are dialed in! Heres a list of what I can make.

Beef Cheddar Jalapeño (smoked)
Chicken Basil (smoked)
RNJ All Pork (RNJ rub) (smoked)
Pepperoni Cheese Pizzas Sausage (raw ready for the grill!)
Regular pepperoni
