This morning we played a round of 52 Card Pickup working through upper body, legs, abs, and a little cardio. We were also joined by two friendly new guys (FNGS), Rainbow and Bolo.

Question for today: What is your favorite post-workout snack/food?

We had a calorie burner this morning! Skippy took out "Out & Back" to the "coupon graveyard" this morning with some leg and ab work.

As a reminder, we meet every Tuesday and Thursday morning at Yancey Park at 5:45am. Men, come join!

You've seen us talk about working out, posting pictures from our workouts, and a little information on the mission of F3. You might still be wondering more about what F3 is. Here is a great video from F3 HQ on what the program is.

Another great morning beatdown!
Yosemite is a HIM (High Impact Man) from F3 Cabot who helped us get off the ground and started during our initial trial stages of F3. He is a student at Harding and now a full-timer with F3 Searcy. This morning he brought us a taste of a F3 Cabot beatdown!

Harding students, we'd love to have you join us! Right now we're meeting every Tuesday and Thursday mornings, 5:45am, at Yancey Park.

We're here to better ourselves, better each other, and better our community. Our workouts are aimed to help each other. We understand that everyone is at a different place and we want to respect that. Part of bettering ourselves is being pushed and encouraged. While we might push you to dig a little deeper we also encourage modifying as needed. We help each other finish the workouts. The workout is not finished until we are all finished. It's a group workout - we're in this together!

Six PAX in the gloom this morning. Glad to see Yosemite back with us this AM and looking forward to having some Harding students come and join us in the future.

There are five key points to our workouts.

1. "Free of charge" Always. The workouts are always free. No membership or activity fee. Simply show up and enjoy a workout.
2. "Open to all men" Period.
3. "Workouts are outdoors (rain or shine)" We're going to be enjoying the outdoors while we work out. Little rain never hurt anyone.
4. "Workouts are led in a rotating fashion, no official training needed." We take turns leading the workouts. It's part of pushing ourselves. This also means the workouts are always a little different.
5. "We end in a circle of trust" Each workout ends around our shovel flag where we get a chance to check in with one another.

This week we thought we'd take a little time to tell you more about some of the culture of F3. Today we'll start with the mission.

"We strive to plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership."

Our goal is to not be just another workout group that gets together to burn calories. We want to be a community of men using workouts as a way to better ourselves, better each other, and better our community.
