I wanted to show y’all kinda how we do it at JJRD Properties. We find homes that need a little fixing up. And then we flip them!

The outside of this location was already in good shape. The outside. Well not so much! So we have redone the paint. The bathrooms. Everything! And the last three pictures are of the room that is completely finished! Wish I could have gotten the before pictures. Y’all would be amazed!

Just wanted y’all to have an insight on why it takes us forever and a day to get people moved into our locations. Because we are making the perfect home for YOU!
