Cheers To Life

I had my last Zometa treatment at Oncology Consultants. Yeah! I am as close to normal as I can get. I now see my Oncologist once a year for the rest of my life, which is my new normal.🥳🥳🥳

I had another Zometa treatment last week. Let’s keep breast cancer out of the rest of my life!

Day 152 - Hilton Head, SC
We took advantage of our down day. We both caught up on work. I did a deep clean of the boat’s interior and Steve did a deep clean of the boat’s exterior. She is looking good. We treated ourselves to lunch at Quarterdeck restaurant in the marina.

Day 150 - Southport, NC to Georgetown, SC. It was nice on the outside, so we went for it. Unforcasted 6’ waves out of Southport on a straight course, so Steve ran closer to shore and the swells were much better. We hit a foggy area and the seas laid right down. We were docked in time to grab a late brunch at The George Hotel, which is a new hotel next to the Marina with a great restaurant. After brunch I did 4 loads of laundry, Steve sprayed the boat down. We had a dinner reservation at Root, which was a cool Farm to Table restaurant that we really liked last time we were here. It has really gone down hill. We ordered apps and then got our check and left. We ate back at the hotel and had a wonderful meal.
