Each year LBOR employs over 100 women lifeguards, making up just about 50 percent of our staff. The ladies of LBOR are some of our most experienced and dependable guards as well as our toughest competitors. Come join them this summer for the best job you will ever have.
LBOR is now accepting applications for the 2026 season. Come join us this summer for the best job you will ever have, where you will have an opportunity to train and work alongside an incredibly dedicated and professional group of lifeguards. This clip is from a joint drill conducted last summer with and the Long Branch Police Department involving the rescue and subsequent triage and treatment of numerous victims.
