Edwards+Strunk is proud of the very important part we played in bringing this federal NMTC equity investment to support The Wright Center's mission. Primary Care Development Corporation’s $9.5 million NMTC allocation resulted in a net equity investment of $2.31 million and a further $2.5 million in below market financing to TWC’s new health hub clinic at 501 S. Washington Avenue in Scranton, thus helping to improve the delivery of quality healthcare to the medically underserved residents of Northeastern PA.

Furthering Primary Care, Opioid Treatment, and Medical Education in Pennsylvania $12M in PCDC financing will bring expanded opioid treatment, integrated health care, dental services, and more to Scranton
