Kevin Vogrin is a storyteller working in lens based mediums. As an artist, Kevin’s practice explores how disinformation and media manipulation shape perceptions, ethics, and our understanding of reality. Kevin’s research is within the intersection of human behavior, gender norms, and culture.

The Summer Members’ Show brings together the distinct artistic voices of AFA Gallery members featuring various mediums, reflecting each member’s unique artistic voice. Two members’ shows are held each year, in the summer and winter. The exhibit includes the works of fifteen AFA Gallery members.

Our last post disappeared!! Sorry about that!! AFA is seeking animal or pet themed artworks for our upcoming annual Arts to the Rescue exhibition in partnership with the NEPA Animal Welfare Collaborative!

The exhibit will be on view until August 7th - 29th.

We are seeking work with any type of animal or pet themed subject in any medium.

Drop off dates:
August 1st - 4th, 11am - 3pm

Thelma May Thomas is a mixed media artist based in NEPA. She works exclusively in rainbow colors and her compositions evoke strong emotions from the viewer. Some remember childhood memories and their first encounters with rainbow colors. Others are drawn into undiscovered utopias.
