Scranton High School Cross Country

If any parents are coming to districts today, we could use a small folding table if possible. Varsity boys run at 11:30 and 12;15 for the girls.

Tomorrow's schedule:
7:30 to 9:00am (tour of course)
9:00am coaches meeting
9:30 Jr high girls race (everyone running)
10:15 Jr high boys race (all 3 running)
11:00 (B Race) No SHS runners
11:45 awards ceremony (top 25 get medals in each race)

Ps. Dunmore high school is asking to help St Paul's / St Clare's food pantry. If each runner can donate One item that would be so helpful. One or more would be greatly appreciated. I'll post a picture of suggested items:
Athletes should arrive no later than 8:15am. No busses tomorrow. Parking will be tricky so try to arrive early.The DHS campus will be shut down during the races.

XC practice tomorrow at the trail at 10am. SHS stadium and school are not open in the morning. Meet near the pavilion across from the school and former ice box. Monday October 13th. Rain or Shine. Please spread the word.

XC practice tomorrow ( Monday Sept. 1st @ 9am. Shake out run(Easy run) before Tuesday's big race race with Abg, Valley View, and North Pocono.
Ps. Mid Valley will be touring the course too tomorrow at the same time. Practice will begin on the track tomorrow. Enjoy your day off and see everyone tomorrow in the morning.
