Meet the Rikasa Team! 👨🏻‍🍳
This is Sous Chef Dillon Kashula!

Dillon has been part of our team since July of 2022. He started working in the restaurant industry at the age of 15 as a dishwasher at his uncle’s restaurant! When he turned 17, he became a line cook and his passion and love for cooking has continued to grow. Dillon has since worked at other restaurants growing his skill and knowledge of food. Dillon loves to put his own spin on some of your favorite classic dishes! He now leads the culinary team for Roof53! 🤩
Aside from his culinary life, Dillon is also married to his wife Brittany and they have 2 children together, Madison and Jameson!
