Join Candice for a transformative day retreat inviting you to reconnect with your inner child and heal the emotional wounds that bind you. Through a combination of powerful visualization meditation, reflective journaling, yoga nidra, and engaging group activities, you will explore memories and emotions of the past, uncovering and processing the origin of our adult struggles in order to heal and break free from the traumas stored in the subconscious.

This immersive retreat offers a holistic approach to healing, empowering you to embrace your inner child with love, compassion, and acceptance. Together, we’ll create a safe and nurturing space to share and connect, fostering a sense of community and support. You will learn tools to reparent your inner child, helping you let go of what was never yours and rediscover your true self, leading to a sense of liberation and inner peace!
