This week we have an exotic seasonal fruit available for smoothies. This fruit is called Pitaya (pee-tah-yah), a sweet, cactus fruit native to Mexico! The flavor is often compared to a cross between a kiwi and a dragonfruit, with a much softer, juicier, and more delicate texture.
