I am humbled by the level of support and number of inquiries I’ve received since starting this campaign. Our district is facing many challenges. I’ve watched the public meetings, listened to members of the community, and reviewed public documents. This weekend, I look forward to participating in the League of Women Voters Candidate Forum.

But I also want to hear more from you. Parents, faculty, staff, taxpayers: send a Facebook message or an email to [email protected]. Decisions made by the board have a serious impact on us all.

The concerns facing our district and underlying issues are important to understand, and I’m committed to learning even more - but I can’t do that without your feedback.

Let’s keep this conversation going and do everything we can to provide our students with the highest quality education. We want to provide our faculty and staff the facilities and tools they need to show that the SSD is an exemplary institution for all ages and every corner of our city.
