This is big news! Scranton residents who decide to replace their front sidewalk are eligible for an additional $3,000 in grant funds, on top of the $1,000 standard grant and the property owner’s $1,000 match. That's a total of $4,000 you could use to makeover/repair/replace your sidewalk. 5 of you need to do this but you don't have to live next door to each other.
