SOME people think they are being "good" when they don't eat!

Are you "good" when you don't put gas in your car? Your car wont get very far and neither will you. How about the air..does less oxygen=better person? Ridiculous right?

IF you subscribe to that way of thinking that "I'm a better person and I'll lose weight by not eating:.... it brings you to the conclusion that food is the enemy and if food is the enemy you are constantly in a low-level state of stress and THATwill actually cause you to gain weight.

I dont FIX people, I educate, empower, and help them to create a better relationship with food!
