Riverside Discovery Center

If you have visited the zoo recently you may have noticed some updates in some of our exhibits! Our animal care staff have been working hard to renovate the inside of our enclosures while aiming to make them more enriching for the animal inhabitants. A lot of planning, building, and heavy lifting goes in to these remodels, but it’s a huge reward to watch the animals enjoy them! And of course the keepers have to test out some of the new additions, to make sure they’re safe. 😉
Come see our made over enclosures and If you see a member of our keeper team let them know what you think!
