🫶🏻And so with the start of 2026 begins the next chapter… After nearly 22 years, it’s time for 96 Forest Ave. to make new memories for another family. It’s hard to believe we moved here in 2004 as a family of four, with two children ages 3 and 6, and we’re leaving as a family of five, with three children now 17, 24, and 27. This home has been deeply loved and full of memories - backpacks, shoes, boots, coats, and lots of sporting equipment (mostly hockey!) drying in the mudroom; countless meals cooked in the “test kitchen” and homework done at the kitchen table; returning from the beach for cookouts on the deck and backyard wiffle ball games with friends; early morning workouts in the basement gym; games of pool and ping pong during holiday gatherings in the game room; elaborate formal dinners shared in the dining room; businesses started and managed from the sunroom and office; milestones celebrated; prayers asked for and answered; and everyday life unfolding here over nearly 22 years. With JD and Kristina graduated from college and Joseph now a junior in boarding school, Fran and I are ready for the next chapter of our lives, and it feels like the right time for another family to make this house their home. #GratefulHeart #CohassetMA #CoastalLiving #NextChapter 01/13/2026
