I managed to upgrade my 2009 Toshiba laptop to Windows 11 today.
It runs smooth, looks like all the programs still work. Not sure if Windows 11's updates will keep working in the future, as this laptop really doesn’t qualify for an upgrade to Windows 11, it falls woefully short on minimum CPU and BIOS demands.
