Asphalt Surface Paving
Ninety-six percent of the roads in the U.S. are paved with asphalt concrete. The rest are paved with cement concrete, loose gravel, oil/stone, bricks, cobblestones, wood, and dirt.
In most cases, it is a good idea to seal your new driveway within the first year of construction. However, you should wait at least 90 days, since asphalt needs 60-90 days to cure fully.
The word asphalt comes from the Greek 'asphaltos,' which means secure. It is believed that the infant Moses' basket was lined with asphalt to make it waterproof.
Before we begin the sealing process, we first assess your pavement and determine which type of sand slurry mix is best for your pavement's current condition.
