Join us for a unique guided movement journey blending music, somatics, dance, anatomy-informed movement, and community connection. SEED was born from the love and combined expertise of Isha Justyna Kostek and Alicia Ascevich, creating an experience that is healing, educational, and deeply joyful.
June 28 – Castleton-on-Hudson, NY; July 18 – Oneonta, NY; August 28 – Lake George, NY

We can't wait to dance, heal, learn, and connect with communities across Upstate New York. SEED is a monthly music and dance therapy event. Our mission is to bring an inclusive community event for body, mind, and soul expansion to all ages of all levels. Our purpose is to facilitate healing through movement and self- expression in a safe and non-judgmental space. With anatomy informed somatic guidance you will plant the seeds as we move to grow!
