There will be a change in my services due to the courts refusing documents from 3rd parties. I will still be doing Last Wills, Healthcare Proxies and Power of Attorneys the same. For uncontested divorces I will only be able to draft the documents with instructions on how to file and hand them over to you to do the filing. Due to the changes my fee will be reduced. Thank you to all those who have supported my business!

Hello all and happy August 1st!!! I just wanted to put out a reminder that I can only draft uncontested divorce documents only. Please be sure the other party is willing to agree before hiring me. I draft up all the documents and therefore cannot give a refund if it turns into a contested divorce. Also, I cannot give legal advice. Please remember I also do Wills, POA’s and Separation agreements.
