Junior Marketing Representative serves as the liaison to referring physicians, providing on-going communication and dispute resolution. In doing so, the Marketing Representative shall build relationships with doctors resulting in new and repeat business opportunities. In addition, make direct contact with appropriate physicians and other referral sources; provide on-going monitoring of marketing methods; and remain educated on the services provided by the company. In this position the Junior Marketing Representative will work closely with the main marketers for two of our locations (Schaumburg and Morton Grove).

• Market to increase the referral bases, patient volumes, and collections of the center.
• Call on physicians within assigned territory to promote our services.
• Build relationships with doctors and their staff, as well as build relationships with internal staff.
• Develop marketing plan and track referrals.
• Lead other employees to enhance the overall offering of the center.
• Remain educated on services provided by the company and relay accurate information regarding those services.

Knowledge & Skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with computer programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Motivated, persistent, and detail-orientated.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.

Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Prior marketing and/or sales experience is required.
• Marketing healthcare services or medical devices to doctors is preferred.
