Hot Summer Sunday cooking
Dessert First - Strawberry coconut ice cream, I added some mint and used it as a decoration too Yummy

Green Goodness Cold soup - the baby arugula was so bitter I had to add some cinnamon, yogurt and fresh mint to make it to taste for me. Cooling and tasty!

Vegetable stir fry with crispy tofu (made in the air fryier with some nutritional yeast). Served with spicy ginger peanut sauce. Nourishing and very flavorful! Easy to make too!

3 common ingredients in all 3 - ginger, cinnamon and cardamom ( I used some green cardamom with an amazing flavor)

All produce is organic and came from Farmers market in Palatine.

Nothing would have tested as good as it did, without my Sous Chef Mocha! Yes Chef!
