WHAT TO EXPECT

On a day-to-day basis, Service Partners can expect to participate in the following activities:
• Outbound payment reminder calls to current customers to remind them that a payment is due, payment has failed, and/or new payment information needs to be obtained.
• Outbound “Welcome Calls” to new members to answer customer inquiries, share benefits and provide details regarding payment of services.
• Note: This program will eventually expand to include inbound calls for membership application support. More details to follow.
