Henry Street stunner!! Once we opened this lady up we ran into a wealth of issues. We ended up gutting the entire house and replacing nearly every piece of wood inside due to termites! What a transformation. We ended up with 2 separate 1 bed 1 bath units. With this property, due to location, we decided it was best suited for a corporate rental. We fully furnished each unit and they were quickly rented for more than we ever expected!
